University of San Diego Online M.S. in Law Enforcement & Public Safety Leadership
FBI-LEEDA’s academic partnership with the University of San Diego qualifies graduates of the Trilogy program who have already earned a bachelor’s degree to apply 6 units of graduate level academic units toward the completion of the nationally ranked M.S. in Law Enforcement & Public Safety Leadership (MS-LEPSL) degree. The degree is offered completely online and is recognized as one of the top criminal justice master’s degrees in the country.
Take the next step in your leadership development journey by earning the master’s degree chosen by chiefs, sheriffs and other experienced law enforcement leaders. The MS-LEPSL program builds upon the excellent foundation built throughout your Trilogy coursework, providing a practical curriculum that tackles today’s issues and focuses on developing your skills as a leader.
The MS-LEPSL program is comprised of 31 units and is designed to be completed in 20 months. Coursework is taken year-round, with three 14-week semesters each year. Each 14-week semester consists of two courses running for 7 weeks each, allowing you to focus on one course at a time without leaving home.
As a Trilogy graduate, you can qualify for transfer credit for the following two courses in the MS-LEPSL curriculum:
- Organizational Leadership for Law Enforcement – LEPS 540
- Law Enforcement Management and Conflict Resolution – LEPS 580
When one of those courses is scheduled, you will enjoy a 7-week break from your studies.
There is a $75 per unit fee for the service of validating your Trilogy coursework.
